I live in a commonly flooded part of the country. You might know which part of the country I'm referring to. Ofttimes, friends and family members interrogate me about why I live here if there are so many problems why do I refuse to move. The logic is easily understandable: I adore this area. The grub, the people, the history, all of it is amazing. And about as universal as marches, red beans and rice, and brass bands are the floods. And in such blazing heat, drenched stuffwill instantly turn into moldy stuff. When the floods visit it's good to react fast before damage becomes hopelessly ruined.
