I'd been a happy director of a local record shop for over a decade. I built it due to my my interest in vinyl records. I had so many my only recourse was to begin a way to share it all with the world. Well, I decided to found a record shop. I had a great time managing it for a long time. However, a couple years ago I made the decision to sell. I posted an ad to sell. The decision was hard but actually selling it was even more hard.

My friend suggested hiring a business broker to assist me. I wanted to prevent selling to national companies. The new owner, I hoped, would keep the small store attitude. Once I located a available franchise territories Detroit MI I was grateful they would try to respect my desire.

However, I'm still a fan of music so I still go into my old store to purchase vinyl. I'm constantly looking for more records, but unfortunately my record collection is expanding.
