In the winter of 2013, Galante spent 21 demanding days in the Panamanian jungle as a participant on Discovery Channel's show 'Naked and Afraid.' The cast willingly followed his lead as Galante's skills shone. This was the public's introduction to the adventurist Forrest Galante. He now hosts Animal Planet's top show 'Extinct or Alive,' where he utilizes his unique set of skills scouring for evidence that animals deemed extinct may still be in the wild. Galante considers this the most detrimental television work he has ever done, because it partners education with conservation and exploration with nature. It's his undeniable dedication to the natural parts of the planet we live on that attracts us to this adventourous person.
